Cambridge InfoTech Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Cambridge Infotech we believe in being flexible and always keeping our students’ interests in mind. Over 24,500 students have chosen to certify with us and reach the pinnacle of success in their professional lives. We understand that cancellations and refunds are needed at times and we cooperate with our students in times like these. In such situations, our flexible cancellation policy can be of use to you.
Terms and conditions of cancellations and refunds – Cancellations by students
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Note: This policy is clearly mentioned in the receipt issued at the time of registration/enrollment and also
displayed on the notice board. By enrolling in any course, the participant agrees to abide by the
terms and conditions stated below.
1. Refunds for Classroom / Online Classes
Cancellation by Participant:
• Within 48 hours of registration → 80% refund
• Less than 10 days before course start → No refund
Important:
• A 20% deduction applies to all cancellations (service/transaction charges).
• Refunds for cancellations within 48 hours are processed within 48 business hours.
• Other refunds may take up to 30 working days after receiving a written request.
2. Cancellation by the Institution
The Institution reserves the right to reschedule or cancel courses due to:
• Low registrations
• Unforeseen circumstances
• Non-payment of fees
In such cases:
• Participants will be informed in advance or the Participants may choose:
◦ Full refund, or Credit for a future course (valid for a limited period)
3. Refunds for Online Courses
• Within 48 hours of registration and before completing 60 minutes:
◦ 100% refund OR transfer to another course
• After 48 hours or after 60 minutes of training:
◦ No refund
4. Additional Notes
• Course extension is allowed up to 1 month, if requested before course expiry
• Further extensions require 50% of the course fee
• Participants are advised to confirm schedules before making travel/holiday plans or due to
any unforeseen reasons
• All refunds shall be transferred to the original payment account only
5. Attendance & Batch Policy
• Batch timing once selected cannot be changed frequently.
• Transfer to another batch is subject to availability and management approval.
• Continuous absenteeism may lead to termination of access without refund.
• Participants are not permitted to take excessive leave during the course.
• The Institution will not be responsible for any loss of learning due to such leaves.
• Any leave must be informed in advance and approved in writing by the management.
6. Fee & Payment Terms
• Full or partial fee must be paid before course commencement.
• Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of enrollment.
• Fees once paid are non-transferable to another individual.
7. Code of Conduct
• Participants must maintain discipline and professionalism during classes.
• Any misconduct, misuse of resources, or disturbance may result in immediate termination
without refund.
8. Study Materials & Access
• Course materials provided are for personal use only
• Sharing, copying, or distributing content without permission is strictly prohibited
• Access to online portals or recordings (if provided) is time-limited
9. Certification Policy
Certificates (if applicable) will be issued only upon:
• Successful completion of the course
• Meeting attendance and project requirements
10. Limitation of Liability
The Institution is not responsible for:
• Personal loss, travel expenses, or accommodation costs.
• Technical issues on the participant’s side (internet, device, etc.)
11. Policy Updates
• The Institution reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
• Updated policies will be applicable to all ongoing and future enrollments.
