Refund and Cancellation Policy

Classroom / Online Classes

Cancellations by the Participant

1. Within 48 Hours of Registration: Participants are eligible for an 80% refund of the course fee. However, please note that all cancellations will incur a 20% deduction to cover transactional and service costs associated with both enrollment and refund processing. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours from the time of enrollment.

2. Less Than 10 Days Before the Course Start Date: No refund will be provided if the cancellation occurs within 10 days of the course start date.

Substitution and Rescheduling

• Cambridge Infotech reserves the right to substitute previously assigned presenters with equally qualified alternatives if necessary.

• The Institution may also cancel or reschedule an event in the event of insufficient registrations or if the presenter is unable to pay due to unforeseen circumstances.

• If the course is canceled or rescheduled, participants will be notified in advance and offered either a full refund or credit toward a future event. Please consult the Institution before making any travel arrangements for the course.

Refund Processing Timeline

Refunds for cancellations initiated by the participant will be processed within 30 days from the receipt of the written request, provided that the request is made within 48 hours of enrollment.

Refunds for Online Courses

1. Within 48 Hours of Registration (and Before 30 Minutes of Training Completion): Participants are entitled to a full refund or can opt to transfer to another online course.

3. After 48 Hours of Registration (or After 30 Minutes of Training Completion): No refunds will be provided.

Course Extensions

• Course extensions may be requested for up to one month, provided that the request is made before the course expires.

• If an additional extension is required, participants will be required to pay 50% of the course fee or an amount as applicable.

 How to Request a Refund

All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted via email to refund@cambridgeinfotech.io
